Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Med-full body, high carbonation. Med-light generic beech smokiness, also sour however, med-light sourness. Overall feels pretty mild, generic, at the same time rough. Average, hard to drink.

bottle. Hazy deep amber golden colour, creamy off-white head, lovely smoky nose. Medium-bodied, good malty flavours with some caramel and roasty-smoky flavours, not too bold but clearly present. Earthy hops in the finish, shy fruity touch underneath.Nice one!

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is bacon, smoke, grains. Body is medium, light smoke, umami, soft carbonation, but not many flavours. Dryish palate. Okay.

Bottle. Cloudy orange, offwhite lace. Smoked corn on the cob. Medium body, berry offflavors, grassy hops, roast, smoke umami finish. Not super harmonious.

Bottle, many thanks Werckmeister! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is smoked malts, dog food, earthy, burnt wood. Taste is ham, wood, a bit vegetal, DMS. Medium carbonation. Ok.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Vienna shared with Geiserich. copper hazy color, small off-white head. smells earthy, smoke, bacon, bit milky. nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes smoky, bacon, spices, lightly peppery, lightly earthy, light caramel, bit grassy. finishes lightly sweet with notes of caramel, some smoke and spices. I quite like it, overall rather light on the smoke but has a very nice and easy to drink balance. good stuff.
