Draugen hade vaknat.
Med tunga, släpande steg letade han sig fram. Hungern sved i hans döda kött. En svårstillad hunger. Lyktorna från byn lyste upp natten. Bakom grindarna skulle snart sorlet från de lyckligt levande få ett abrupt slut.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is dried fruits, some toffee, mild alcohol, chocolate and some roasted tones. Flavour is chocolate, roast, some alcohol, dried fruits and mild liquorice. A bit too sweet for it's own good, even though not even near a pastry stout.

Aroma: Malt, caramel, liquorice, coffee, dried fruit.
Body: Medium to full body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Roasted malt, caramel, liquorice, coffee, dried fruit.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Black with a small tan head. Quite sweet with dark malt, coffee, licorice, dark chocolate and some light dark fruit. Full body and with some warming alcohol.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, molasses, caramel, sweet malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, caramel, dark malt, sweet malt, roasted, light chocolate - coffee, apricot marmalade. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211030]

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Black, small beige head. Aroma of caramel and licorice. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Heavy on caramel, some hard roasted coffee. Mid bitter finish. Powerful, but not taking me anywhere.
