Bottle web SB 2021-10-21 Göteborg AR: caramel and syrup AP: dark amber, ni head F: caramel syrup, heavy warming feeling, spicey chili heat, feels like the heat is building up but was expecting more from the Carolina Reaper;) 🌶

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Caramelly nose with paprika and dust. MId sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and initially very mild chili, some marzipan and prunes. Heat creeps up as it goes, but it remains relatively subtle. Clearly functional- The combination of chili and beer style is perhaps not the greatest success ever, but still well made and quite interesting beer.
