2015 Edition. Bottle. Orange/brown with a nice head. Aroma is an assault of banana power. Taste is very sweet, a little bit soapy and rather alcoholic. Wheats, bananas and marzipan. Not very complex. Ordinary Weizenbock.

50cl bottle from Alko. The beer poured deep golden color, murky with a dense white head. Aroma has ripe banana, mild glueish notes, wheat. Full bodied, ripe banana, wheat and yeast. Quite pleasant to drink. Long sweet banana in finish with hint of baking soda.

A beautiful, toffee brown beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has bananas and toffee, some spicyness of carnation, some richness of body. Taste has bananas and fruitness, wheat, richness and some spicyness. Medium+ bodied, smooth and pleasant, balanced carbonation. Good and strong beer.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 10.01.18, from Alko, 20170223) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, malts and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A nice bock but too fizzy.

Cloudy amber with little white head. Aroma is beautiful baked banana with clove. Very rich and sweet. Taste is not Overwhelming sweet. Medium sweetness and sourness. Banana finish with very pleasant smooth mouthfeel. Very good.

Bottle. Cloudy amber, big fluffy offwhite head. Spicy fermenting fruit aroma. Dusty, a bit oxidized minerally yeast base flavor, caramel, applewine, light vineous notes, orange peel, plums. Medium body, foamy mouthfeel. Fruit juice aftertaste. Hefiger, mir zu süßer Antrunk. Dabei bananig und erheblich weniger würzig als erwartet, der Alkoholgehalt macht sich geschmacklich leider nicht bemerkbar. Hellmalzig.
