Mahagoni with medium brown head. Aroma is phenols, chocolate, banana, yeasts, wood. Taste is phenolic bitterness with some sour yeasts. Not reall drinkable. Too heavy.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Trübes orange braunes Bier mit geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach roten Früchten, hefig, karamellig. Geschmack süß malzig, reife süße Banane, hefig, würzig.

Tap. Hazy amber color with beige head. Aroma is a bit vegetal, apples, yeasty. Taste is apples, vegetal, earthy, touch of bananas. Oily mouthfeel. Not an excellent Weizenbock.
