30/9/2023. Bottle at the Torun GP beer share. From La Cave a Bulles, Paris. Pours black with a deep tan coloured head. Aroma of liquorice, dark chocolate, molasses, roasted malt. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness with boozy notes. Medium to full bodied, smooth, very soft carbonation.

Nice beer. Not at all classic. Very pastry and spicy. Would try their other beers. Paris and mousse

Tap at SB beer festival. Black with tan head. Creamy chocolate, brown sugar, pepper heat, toffee. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Full bodied, medium heat.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, strange residue settling on top of the brew, opaque but looks murky, aroma of coffee beans with roasty and vanila hints and just a milky whiff, quite sweet and chococlatey with some of chillie tingling, greenish hint, a whiff of coffee and a bit of bitterness that gets stronger and more noticable. nice but nothing more.
