Our honey double Maibock is strong but deceptively drinkable. We brew it once a year to celebrate the arrival of spring. This year we chose locally sourced ingredients, using barley grown and malted by Rabbit Hill Malthouse in Shiloh, NJ and Dutch Clover honey from Harvey's Honey in Monroeville, NJ- both within an hour drive of our brewery.

Taster at brewery. Medium amber pour with a thin foamy head. Sweet aroma of honey and malts. Taste is big brady malts, sweet, honey. The honey adds a lot here, raising this up a level.
