Our nod to the classic American pale ale, Ghost Ship is brewed with plump 2-row and Pilsner malts, hopped moderately in the kettle. Fermented with a clean west-coast yeast strain, the beer is then dry hopped with a ballast of all Citra hops, driving powerful aromatics of orange peel, apricot, and passion fruit.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Taster at brewery. Light amber pour with a small foamy head. Hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, pine and flowers. Taste is also hoppy without being too bitter, but presenting all of the nice hop flavors blended together. At 4.5% this is an awesomoe pale ale that you could drink a ton of.

Pounder: Pine and pear nose, apricot underneath. Hazy-ish golden, thick head, good lace. Lemongrass, slightly oniony, Light body, easy carbonation. Hoppy but poundable.

Pint Can, Wine Warehouse. Pours murky gold with a soft white head. Aroma is grapefruit peel and juice. Flavor is grapefruit peel, light floral hops, hint of lime, light bread.
