Our latest delicate and focused hop expression comes by way of the often unsung blonde ale style. Fermented with our favorite highly characterful and flocculent London Ale strain to maximum dryness, and kettle hopped with HBC 586, this one makes its case by way of all manner of fruit forward character.
We taste notes of tropical juicy fruit derived esters, subtle guava, pink grapefruit, and softer mango tones. Formulated with the intention of combining the highly expressive London ale strain and a newer to us experimental hop, the resultant simple but interesting beer remains pintable.

Draft at Fulton brewpub. Hazy yellow pour with a frothy, light white head. Aroma is light and fruity, hint of citrus and melon. Taste is bursting with flavor but extremely light on the palate at the same time. Bready malts, tangy citrus, grassy, tropical fruit.
