An easy-to-drink American-style session IPA. Brewed with 100% Irish malt for a pale, very clean base; layered with Mosaic hops, famous for their ever-changing fruity aroma. The flavour is fruity hops with aromas of blueberry, passionfruit, and grapefruit. Well balanced, with a mild lingering bitter finish.

Keg @ Hanly’s, Stokestown - numerous occasions - rate done [120217]
This came 2nd in the Beoir Beer Awards of 2016...well deserved...it’s a great beer...consistent quality...for the abv and style I can’t think of anything better available in Ireland 3.8 > 3.9

Amber, soft haze, bubbly white head, good lacing
Aroma of sweet fruits, grapefruit, lemon, citrus zest, could pick up the aroma on removing the cap from a distance and it persisted...very good nose
Taste of grapefruit, bitter grapefruit zest, light fruits malt, lots of bitter zest hops, fresh hoppy, dab of grassy hop in there, strong flavour for abv
Palate - Medium carb, light body, bitter zest, clean. Finish is more bitter, strong bitter zest linger, refreshing
Overall - Lots of punch for 4.2%, seems to drink like a beer 1% higher. Like this a lot.

Bottle from Martins. Medium gold with a thin head. Aroma is grapefruit. Flavour is sharp bitter, chalky, lots of fruit, dry lingering, slightly salty.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Unusual rich grapefruit hoppy stuff. Maybe a bit to much. Made it a bit unbalanced. Otherwise quite fresh and session able. Medium body and a fine carbonation. Semi dry ending.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden. Lovely hoppy aroma full of juicy tropical fruits. Flavor full of fruity hops, slightly "green", with a bitter finish. Light-bodied. Very good stuff.
