Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato da caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera pregevole. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia e agrumi.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Quite much pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, toffee, mild coffee as well as some slight fruityness. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, some mild notes of dark dryy fruits and burnt wet wood.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at One Pint Pub Italian weeks ’10) The beer poured black with medium sized and light brown head. I liked the aroma that had almost burnt malts, molsses and mild creaminess. Palate was medium bodied and quite fizzy so the carbonation was really high and it was a bit unpleasant. The taste had roasted malts, liquorice, mildly coffee and bitterness. The finish was quite long and cotained liquorice and roastedness. Quite nice stout but still a bit weak.

scura schiema media discreta persitenza note tostate un po caffe liquirizia lieve cioccolato anche in bocca con non molto corpo media secchezza medio amaro
