Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.

Bottle @ Relais Villa Valfiore, Bologna. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, caramel, malt and has a light bitter finish.

bottle bb 27/10/19 buona schiuma piuttosto abbondante buona persistenza radice resina terrosa leggere note tostste astringente polvere amaro intenso discreta secchezza ruvida
