Ganz wie bei der Papstwahl mit dem bekannten ""habemus papam"" heißt dieses Craft Beer übersetzt: Wir haben ein Bier! So schräg der Name des Munich Brew Mafia Habemus Cervesiam klingt, so spannend geht es weiter im Glas. Als ""smokey double"" bringt das Craft Beer zwei Hauptaromen an den Tisch - Rauch und Süße. Angenehme Karamell-Noten vermischen sich mit einem kräftigen Rauch zu einer ungewöhnlichen Kombination.

Flascherl: Hazy with floaties, chestnut-amber coloured, small and stable off-white head; sweet malt and dried fruits in the nose, shy hints of smoke; moderate sweet flavour, low bitterness; pretty light bodied for a beer of 6.8%, a least soft and sticky; lingering sweet-malty finish with illusions of smoke. Not too bad, but all in all only sweet and monotonous...

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are smoke, malt, fruits and hops. Sweet smoky finish.

Cloudy medium amber colour, good two fingers frothy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Sourish aroma, apricot, brett, yeast, very faint smoke. Taste average sweet and sour and slightly bitter, fruity, spicy notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Not smoked, no dubbel but farmhouse-like.

Aroma has strong urinal cake and citrus. Also mild cereal tones. Flavour has urinal cake, bretta tones and mild grapefruity tones. Foamy palate. Could not locate the smoke, all I can taste is bretta. The only thing related to dubbel here is the mild caramel tones in the finish.

Murky brown with almost no white head. Aroma is plums honey syrup brown sugar quince. Taste is bitter malty body with some honey sweetness and ham in the finish. A bit harsh. Still sweet and soothing Decent.

Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation.
