Live on stage (BKL2017): Deep amber coloured,hazy, no head to speak of; more dry than sweet aroma of dried fruits, dark malt and caramel; robust bitter-sweet flavour, quite dry, quite light bodied; lingering dryish finish of raisins and caramel with a balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., but not worth the effort...

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Rötlich braune Farbe. Geruch nach roten Früchten, Karamell, kräftig malzig. Geschmack kräftig malzig, rote Früchte, Karamell, leicht oxidiert.

Bottle. Dark brown color with no head. Aroma is chocolate, molasses, iron, oxidized. Taste is molasses, oxidized, chocolate. Low carbonation. Okay, not bad.

Rund malziger Antrunk mit geringer Süße. Karamellig, aromatisch. Weich, nie alkoholisch. Würzig trockener Ausklang. 11/11/12/11//12
