Sour Wheat Beer, once an icon of the city of Berlin, home to the troubled 1936 olympics homaged in the label design. We add 100 kg of raspberries and 10 kg of basil to every batch: its vivid pink colour will seduce you, together with its rose, lemon and red fruits scent. It is light, sour and refreshing. We would call it a comfort beer.

A pale pink sour Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity tart cherry, raspberry, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon, light raspberry notes, light Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at Mondial 2018.

Bottle. Pours pink with almost no head. Aroma is basil, some raspberry, syrup, soap, coriander. Body is light, softly fruity, tart, lively carbonation, lemon, citric. Very refreshing, but not with fullest flavours. Good.

Draft @ Be.Re, Roma. Orange, col fin blanc-rosé. Arôme au bouquet fruité rouge, rétro aigrelet sour mash et grains, petit rappel de framboise, et peu de lien avec le basilique. Palais est sec avec petit effet levure et farineux sur un effet fruité rappelant l'abricot voire un léger fruité rouge. Acidité est marquée avec un effet penchant vers une wild ale que berliner. Effet de framboise et groseille verte qui accentue le côté aigre + cerise funk. Ici aussi, je peine à trouver le basilique.

Bottle at Skaptoburger, Sofia, summer 2017. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Hazy pink-orange, diminishing off-white head. Blood orange aroma, red fruit, strawberry or raspberry ice cream, intense, spicy. Sour with candy flavours. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate lasting candy-fruity finish. Very distinct aroma.
