It’s taken years, but we’ve tweaked this legendary Imperial IPA to perfection. Flavors of pine and citrus rind rush to greet the palate and are balanced by a biscuit-like malt backbone. A bevy of Bravo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Citra hops combine to make Odyssey a hop lover’s dream!

Bomber from Half Time. Pours copper/amber with a 3 finger foamy off-white head. Aromas of roasted malt and herby? hop. Near fully bodied with frothy/foamy carbonation. Hop is strong, and rather different. Things move on to roast caramel and something citrus. This is like very hoppy. Quite different, hop wise.

Tap @ Oliver Twist. A classic example of a piney bitter double IPA. Not very exciting, but stable.

On tap at Oliver Twist in Stockholm, July 2010. Amber with a medium head. A lot of hops and pine in the rather pleasant aroma. Taste of some malt, otherwise hops, and more hops. Grape and pine. Very bitter with a dry finish. Not bad.

Nice citrus and floral aroma. Pale copper in color. Full mouth feel. Intense grapefruit flavor and a bit of caramel malts. Not as sugary as many IIPAs, which is nice. Dry bitterness on the finish. Solid.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a medium sized yellow-white head that lingers and produced great lacing. The aroma was sweet pine, grapefruit and fruit cocktail. The flavor was tangy and sweet with notes of caramel, pine, apple and grapefruit. The finish was long and hoppy. Fairly full bodied. Alcohol well hidden. Well done.
