From bottle. Grain, bread, barnyard notes, wood, hay, citrus, bread. Dry bitterness, light grainy sweetness, slightly sour. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry grainy bready finish. Decent.

Tap. Orange golden, clear. Green flavor, fresh. Tastes surprisingly chewy, but only in the aftertaste. Sweet.

Clear golden. Aroma is noble hops light gummy bears toast and hay. Taste is nice chewy hay with a little sweet gummy bear. Pretty drinkable with grainy sweet finish. Nice.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Label ‘Helles Bierspezialität’. Pours a very slightly hazy light golden colour with a medium sized thick creamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, grass, white doughy bread, honey and a touch of lemon. Taste has more grains, hay, toasty bread, honey and a very mild hint of grass on a sweet malty finish. Thin to medium body, average carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Very nice well above average Helles. Enjoyable.
