Bottle. Cloudy dark orange featuring a comparetively small white head. Aroma of clove, citrus fruits, yeast, oranges, bubblegum and alcohol. Taste of oranges, wheat, malts and clove with a rather dry finish. Moderate bitterness. Strong carbonation. This one packs a powerful punch. Lovely.

Medium, fluffy off-white head, lacey, over fully hazy orange beer. Bit sourish, wheat, lactic, if also just a tad acetic, as in gurkins. Faint clove. Very little acidity in the mouth, however, even pretty sweet. Grains, orange. More clove here, banana, wheat. Maybe medium bodied, medium carbonation. Very übliches , but there's nothing wrong.

Bottle at the brewpub Salzburg Friday 1st November 2024 after a 4-5km walk from our Wohnmobilstellplatz. Pours hazy light with a white head. Classic wheat with a little bit of a tang, light banana and even a dab of toffee. Nice mouthfeel, head again departed quite quick but was more impressive than the first offering.

0.3L bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet banana bread and some spice touch. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts banana spice and a touch of hops.

0,5 L bottle, at Cafe Schwarzenberg. Pours a cloudy, orange color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The nose is orange juice, hay, light banana, and coconut water. Sweet and yeasty, with a light, bright bitterness. Light, foamy, and clean. Quality, simple weiss.

50cl bottle at Habibi & Hawara, Vienna, Austria. Pours blonde but cannot see all in a ceramic glass. Aroma is delicate of banana and cloves. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, but with a decently dry final.
