Die Weisse hell ist ein naturtrübes Weissbier, in der Bügelverschluss-Flasche abgefüllt und ein zweites Mal nachvergoren (Flaschengärung).
Dieses bernsteinfarbene Weissbier wird aus drei verschiedenen österreichischen Malzsorten gebraut.
Die hauseigene obergärige Hefe verleiht der hellen Weissen eine sanfte Fruchtnote und eine schaumige Krone. Der Hallertauer Hopfen gibt die nötige Bittere.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is banana cream, fruit estery, slightly spicy, bread. Taste is banana cream, wheat, some spices. Oily mouthfeel. Rather sweet, but not bad, in fact it?s quite good!

Dieses Weißbier hat eigentlich alles, was ein gutes Weißbier haben muss: guter Bananenbeigeschmack mit den sortentypischen Aromen, Schöne Krone und eine angenehme Trübe. Auch wenn es schwer zu bekommen ist, so ist es wirklich zu empfehlen.

50cl flip-top bottle at Bierteufl, Vienna. Pours very hazy murky orange with an off-white head. Rather mild aroma with notes of not-quite-so-ripe bananas, wheat and hints of cloves and yeast. Moderate sweet with mild flavours and a light acidity. Medium body with carbonation slightly on the lively side. Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nice fruity esters aroma with lots of banana, a bit of apples and citrus. Slightly sweetish flavor, with a tart hint, with fruity esters, bubblegum, and a light spicy note. Light to medium-bodied. A nice Hefeweizen.

Draught at Die Weisse brewpub, Salzburg.
Orange, cloudy body, with a big, lacing, frothy, rocky, white head.
Aroma of yeast, spices, hay, banana, bread.
Taste with the same aromas and also a lot vanilla.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bready, spicy, sweet malty and a bit fruity.
A very solid, quaffable Weizen, without anything special, but with a nice balance. Maybe the vanilla notes are slightly too much, otherwise I Iike the hay and bread notes a lot.

16/04 A 0.5 l fliptop bottle from Ammersin liquor store, Vienna. It poured hazy orange body with medium to big head. Fine weizen aroma, bubblegum, banana some fine spices and cloves. Flavor was slightly on sweet side, chalk, bread, bubblegum. A bit empty for a weizen, let’s say thin to medium bodied with shorter and quite weird sourish finish, volatile acids that ruins this whole impression. Decent, refreshing and tasty anyhow.
