Unser Original seit 1901.
Die Weisse hell ist ein naturtrübes Weissbier, in der Bügelverschluss-Flasche abgefüllt und ein zweites Mal nachvergoren (Flaschengärung).
Dieses bernsteinfarbene Weissbier wird aus drei verschiedenen österreichischen Malzsorten gebraut.
Die hauseigene obergärige Hefe verleiht der hellen Weissen eine sanfte Fruchtnote und eine schaumige Krone. Der Hallertauer Hopfen gibt die nötige Bittere.

Heavy got this in Vienna, thanks! 0.5l. Poured a murky orange-golden body with a lasting thick white head, lovely. Fresh banana, caramel and vague cloves in the nose. Fresh bready tangy taste, light bubblegum, very light peach. Very drinkable, refreshing, not complex.

Tap. Fairly spicy wheat beer notes, metallic yeasty side. Medium to light body, sparkly mouthfeel, relatively light body.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long to average duration, yeasty, tart fruity notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle. A finger-thick, off-white head forms over an unclear, golden-orange body. It’s wheaty, fruity and orangey on the nose. A pleasant spicyness blends in too. Some banana and bubble gum as well. The flavor is a bit orange peel bitter, with fresh oranges, some banana and wheat. A little spicyness and bitterness in the end. Smooth and full-bodied. A quite decent weissbier. 111105

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Sweet nose. Fresh baked bread, rubber and caramel. Wheaty flavor. Sweet and phenolic. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ FOneFan.Slightly hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and banana. Flavour is wheat, medium sweet, yeast banana and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Sour grape notes. Moderate bitter very sour (for ahefe) flavor. Fresh. Average light bitter finish. Lacks fruity esters. Oily palate.
