Brooklyn Scorcher IPA is a surprisingly sessionable IPA. A floral, piney aroma strikes first, followed by a burst of mouthwatering bitterness as the hops begin their attack. Suddenly, a hint of toasty malt and a clean, lively finish burst in to leave you thirsty for more. It’s ludicrously tasty, and at a reasonable 4.5%, it’s a beer you can come back to again and again.

Bottle at home, 13/01/18. Clear light golden with a well presented off white head. Nose is grassy, pale malts, citric tinged straw, caramel, popcorn. Taste comprises lemon zest, floral notes, airy malts, toasted grain, grassy bite, light breads, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitternes. Ok clean drinking pale but lacks hop presence for me ... it did however grow on me though and I'd hit this at a summer BBQ for sure.

Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits and floral notes. Ok, cuts through the greasy food.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish white head. Subtle citrusy aroma. Light body, very clean fruitiness and a light, dry bitterness. The old fashioned IPA's with no dry-hopping are simply not doing the job anymore. 241117

Clear pale blond colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have some light zesty citrus notes. The finish is bitter in a similar way to a strong European Pils.
