Bottle. Malt Attacks, Brussels. Dirty, pale amber. Pretty murky. No head. Not a looker. Nose has deep, tangy and sweet, white grape. Soft brett. Oaky vanilla. Bit of a Turkish Delight thing going on. Touch of peppery spice. Taste is sweet, tart, tangy, and clean as a whistle. Lively mouthfeel. Light acidity. Crisp carbonation. White grape twang, with oaky sweetness, to finish. Lovely.

Bottle. Gusher. Amber-orange color with small white head. Aroma is white wine barrel, wood, unripe fruits, some malt sugars. Taste is grapes, barrel, more unripe fruits, sour finish. High, but fine-bubbled carbonation. Very woody, but good. I have the feeling this could improve with some age.

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Strong white wine barrel with Brett throughout, from nose to tongue to palate. Tart and sour, almost pinching. Well but softly carbonated. Fruity, but they’re not ripe, supporting the sourness.
