Dieses naturtrübe Bier wird nach historischem Vorbild gebraut. Wie alle Rothaus-Biere mit unserem weichen Brauwasser aus den eigenen Quellen direkt hinter unserer Brauerei im Wald, Qualitätsmalz aus der Region und Aromahopfen aus Tettnang und der Hallertau. Ohne den Filterprozess schmeckt man daher den "Schwarzwald unberührt".

0.33l bottle from marktkauf/edeka, 0.85€. pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head and some lacing. aroma of citrus, grains, grass, and a hint of floral hops. flavour of green apples, citrus, yeast, bread, hay. not bad.

Yeasty, doughy pale malty aroma with shy grainy spots, accompanied by citric and herbal spicy hops in the background. Slightly bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt character with notes of sour dough, white bread, backed by subtle fruity and delicately spicy hops; sweet-bitter and delicately fruity hoppy finish. Drinkable. 22.VII.16

Bottle. Pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is yeasty, citrusy, sweet grains, but not too sweet. Taste is citrusy yeasts and grains, quite nicely balanced. Low to medium carbonation, not bad

33cl bottle from trade with kevnic2008, many thanks! Pours hazy pale golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of grassy hops, pale malt and hay. Taste of hay, dry hops, pale malt, grains, mild yeasty.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Interesting fresh and yeasty brew. Easy to drink, slightly bitter. Strange sourish aroma in the background, somehow unround. Highly carbonated, grainy worthy, quite bitter in the aftertaste. Interesting but strange...
