Sein Aroma ist würzig fruchtig und erinnert an Orange und Zitrone. Im Geschmack ist es angenehm karamellig und bitter herb im Abgang.
Das Bier ist mit traditioneller Flaschengärung hergestellt und in der Flasche gereift. Es ist weder filtriert, noch sonst wie behandelt.
Es ist ebenfalls die moderne Interpretation eines traditionellen Bieres, allerdings eines englischen!
Geschmack:fruchtig, hopfig, karamellig, herb

Bottle picked up from Bierkiste, München and consumed at home Tuesday 6th June 2023 we had Linguini with Ndjua and Asparagus for tea and New Music Fix Daily on 6Music with Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant. Surprised that I've not had this until now. Pours hazy brown with an off-white head. Surprisingly hoppy, nice bite, reminds me of an American Brown Ale, punchy with an aggressive after, malty but bitterness a little caramel fruity but it's the hoppiness I like.

Bottled 330ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and floral nose. Sweet malty, caramel, floral notes, touch of brown sugar and hops with bitterish sweet finish.

On tap at Frisches Bier, Munich. Dark amber to brown with medium beige head. Malty, caramel, toasted, some toffee, moderate sweetness. Some herbal hoppiness. Bitterish finish. Medium bodied.

Dirty light brown. Creamy head. Fruity aroma. Hoppier than a typical brown and without the usual toasted, nutty notes. Apple on the tongue. Taste is mildly sweet with sour undertones. Medium body, slightly watery texture. Okay.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, cereals, mild toasted malt, honey and flowers. Pours murky brown color with thick creamy tan-like head, good lacing, floating yeast particles and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light sweet caramel and biscuit, following is grassy and faint fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter.
