Whey-sour body. Very interesting with a dry roasted body. The whey sour aromatic is dominating the picture, caramel in the back, grainy bitterness in the end. Not my kind of brew.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with ruby shimmer and small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty, minimally tangy aroma, hints of chocolate, coffee, toasted nuts, a touch of whey, a very light fruity touch of morello. Taste is roasty dark malty, slightly tangy, minimally fruity, hints of chocolate, coffee, toasted nuts, a touch of morello and red berries, whey; lingering, tart-ish, fruity finish. Watery, minimally creamy texture, soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, matching flavours, negligible shortcomings concerning secondary qualities (appearance & mothfeel) - OK.
