Bottle 500ml.Unclear - hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, sulfur, yeast, light banana and clove. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle. It’s an unclear, yellowish-golden beer with a small, white head that lasts. Banana, pale malts and some piney hops on the nose. The flavor is a bit dull, yet quite decent, with banana, wheat and some spiced and piney notes. Medium body, decent carbonation. A quite decent hefeweizen, but it lacks a bit on several things. 110819

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, fruits, wheat malt and hops.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Cloudy dark yellow with small white head. Flavour is malt, wheat, little banana, hops, little sweet and a little clove.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours muddy golden with a small creamy head. Sweet nose. Banana, wheat, yeast. Mild , fruity and fairly balanced. A whiff of coriander and banana.

To me it is just another classic German hefeweissen. Hazy appearance, average taste and smell, low carbo and body.

Bottle. Sweet peach, banana, clove, and wheat malt - very nice. Cloudy pale yellow color with moderate head. Lightly sweet banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Pretty light body. Smells great but doesn’t really come out in the flavor.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks DS!). Hazy goldeny orange colour with big fluffy head. Aroma is fruits, wheat, some slight spices and herbs as well as mild yeastyness. Flavour is sweet fruits, semi-acidic wheat as well as banana and some herbal notes. Aftertaste also gets some slight yeasty notes.
