Sample shared by Johnny. Thick dep red color, no head. Intense dark red fruit, honey and some kind of herb or spice, like cinnamon. Flavor is black cherries, red fruit, again cinnamon and honey. Intense like a mead should be.

8/10/21: Bright dark red, looks very thick. Big fruity smell, sweet, berries, some honey. Very smooth, but a bit boozy, not as thick as I expected. Taste is rich blueberry, sweet, bit of fruity tartness. Lovely meady flavours. Great balance, real delicious stuff.

29/11/21: Deep dark red. Looks mad viscous. Very berry smell, something dry oaky. Soft, very easy, tiny bit of booze. Loads of blueberry in the taste, hint of tartness counters the sweet. Lovely balance, light tannins from the oak. Real tasty, maybe even better now
