12oz bottle picked up in West Philadephia. Pretty legit modern IIPA. The hops aren’t really that exciting or overboard, the big rich malts still carry this through, but it has a cleaner feel than IIPAs of yesteryear. An enjoyable enough beer, but I think Dirtwolf has it beat.

Pours clear dark golden color with white head. Aromas of tropical fruits and pine. Bitter grapefruit rind flavor with some peach, pineapple, pine and a touch of caramel malt. Medium body with average carbonation.

12 oz bottle, best by 24 May 2015. Pours golden with some fine particles and a white head. Spicy hop aroma, orange citrus. Juicy orange citrus hop flavor, spicy, a bit floral. Fresh and juicy, not so much strong or bitter. It’s pretty good.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Enjoy by date of June 6, 2015 so likely bottled on January 6, 2015. Clear straw to golden yellow with a finger of off-white head. Aromas of floral, lemon lime, tropical fruit, grassy and pine. Tastes of nice tropical fruit, stone fruit, lemon lime and grapefruit citrus, floral notes, light pine. Well hidden alcohol. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation, juicy mouthfeel. Delicious.

Slight haze. Big 22 0z glass for 5 at madmex. Sweeter perfumy aroma. Taste is hops but not in yer face. Wants to be over the top but never gets there. Possibly an apa. Not ipa, not sure how this gets to be a double, heheh. Mild co2. A little dull, but what else can be said.

Bottle. Light golden body. Frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, toasted grain, pine, flowers and orange. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium to full body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish. Lots of hop flavor without being overly resinous. Taste of lemon zest, light pine, fruity esters, biscuit.

Bottle. Tropical fruit nose, mango, a bit stinky, orange. Dry berries. Sweet biscuity flavor, citrus, pineapple, flowery and tart. Light, soft carbonation, smooth. Original and unique.

at a tasting, thanks Tom, small bubbly head, quiteclear gold yllow colour, aroma of pomello, tropical fruits and herbs, grapefruit bitterness mellow and not too heavy, biscuity maltiness and a light fruity sourness in the back, quite light for a DIPA. Nice and enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks Tom L. Clear yellow. Lovely powerful hoppy aroma full of tropical fruits and some piney notes. Flavor has light sweetness, nice tropical fruits hops, a bit piney, with some bitterness. Medium-bodied. Very nice.
