La nostra non filtrata ha un gusto ed un colore inconfondibili risultanti da una fermentazione primaria nelle storiche e uniche cantine «Rostenit» ispirate al concetto della vasca aperta. La rifermentazione in tank verticali unita alla lunghissima maturazione donano a questo prodotto cremosità e profumi unici.

Tap at passo rolle. Golden color white Head. Flavor js solid on malts cleand and biscuity, juicy, proper hops balance yet mostly sweetish and smooth, helles style. Clean malty finish. Nice.

33cl bottle on an Air Dolomiti flight. Pours (in a paper cup) apparently amber, with white foam. Aroma is bready, cereal, chestnut honey. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, but also with some bitterness. The sweetness persists a little more in the final.

Appearance: Cloudy pale amber with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Grain, hay, fruity yeast, toast, grassy hop. Taste: Light sweet and light plus bitter.. Grain, hay, fruity yeast, somewhat toasted, grassy hop. Hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Summary: Decent.
