Shared 330 ml bottle, from CITTI-Markt Flensburg. BB date 31.10.2013. ABV is 5.2%. Moderate but pleasant aroma of Cascade and Polaris hops, also hints of toffee. Pleasant easy drinking flavour, fairly dry - despite the hop varieties, it tastes more like a British pale ale than an APA.

Dark golden. Slightly sour aroma with moderate bitterness. Finely balanced taste with lots of bitter lime marmelade. Fine drinkability, but not particularly hopfenbetontes.

Bottle 330ml (BDLX)
Clear amber color, small white head. Odd combination of grass and cat piss in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. "Gooseberry bush" -flavor, citrus. Finish has touch of fruity caramel. Uses Polaris hop which is quite intensive. This is not the most balanced APA.

0,355 l bottle. A dark golden in the glass, fine white head. Medium citrus hopy on the nose. Starts with a short bitterness, then more a citrus herb. Later more like a herb Pilsener. Smooth texture. Finishes malty and sweet.

Bottle at O’Connor’s Uppsala, February 2014. Dark golden with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, grass, light malt and hops. Also some honey in the finish. Drinkable but nothing special.

Clear golden with with medium white head. Aroma had floral and fruity notes. Flavor was bitter from the hops. Found fruity and floral notes. Didn’t really work out. Would prefer a 100% US Pale style.
