Sowas von ein Weißbier! Jeder, der was vom Biergeschäft versteht, weiß: ein Weißbier mußt’ haben. Denn da ist ordentlich was drin. Und das ganz ohne gegen das Reinheitsgebot zu verstoßen… Wichtig auch: die offene Gärung. Denn nur so bekommen wir den dichten Schaum und die deutliche Trübung so perfekt hin, wie sie bei unserem Weißbier eben sind. Samtig und vollmundig im Antrunk wird es schnell zum Muß für den Weißbier-Trinker von Welt.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed weisse glass. Hazy pale amber colour, sparkling, fair moussy white head, mostly diminishing, thin layer remains, light lacing. Aroma wheat, some banana, apricot, citrus, cloves, some yeast, Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter and distinct citrusy, wheat, light banana, apricot, some cloves, some yeast. Medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation, semi-dry, sweet and citrusy aftertaste, less sweet than other weisses ergo not your standard weisse, very nice

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, orangey golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Distinct aroma of banana and cloves. Medium body, sweet banana, cloves and a yeasty hint. Dry finish with no bitterness. A well balanced Hefe, not too sweet. 180326

Happeline, magus, atsetoon? nisu, banaan. Joodav. Bb on oktoobris, nii et siin ikka miskit nihu. Juues muutub paremaks, esmamulje oli ikka väga kahtlane..

Странно почему на этом сайте пиво указано как темная пшеничка, он точно обычная. Аромат сильно дрожжевой, и немного странно это если честно из за этого, есть немного бананов, пшеница очень скудная. Цвет нормальный, пенка неплохая для стиля. Вкус тоже ровный в принципе но очень много дрожежй все портит, еще при глотке странное солодовый след от воды. Хотя и бананы и намеки на гвоздику с цветами есть, но не ярко. В Целом пшеницка не лушая и на один раз.

0,5 l bottle from our local Hol´Ab! bottle shop. Cloudy yellow golden, one finger white head in the glass. More orange than banana on the nose, some yeast. Taste starts with banana, wheat and yeast. Some sweetness. Increasing little bit dry. Above average carbonation. Standard Bavarian Weißbier.

Appearance: Cloudy bright yellow with a decent head. Aroma: Wheat bread, dried banana, spicy yeast, light corn (not fresh enough). Taste: Medium dry. Wheat bread, dried banana, less clove, balancing hop. Well-rounded. Mouth feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Summary: Decent.

Glass enjoyed with Chris and Olaf at Giesinger Braustüberl. Lightly hazy orange amber, huge head. Light banana and grain nose. Flavor is big banana, pretty full body, moderate maltiness. Tasty Munich Weissbier.
