Sowas von ein Weißbier! Jeder, der was vom Biergeschäft versteht, weiß: ein Weißbier mußt’ haben. Denn da ist ordentlich was drin. Und das ganz ohne gegen das Reinheitsgebot zu verstoßen… Wichtig auch: die offene Gärung. Denn nur so bekommen wir den dichten Schaum und die deutliche Trübung so perfekt hin, wie sie bei unserem Weißbier eben sind. Samtig und vollmundig im Antrunk wird es schnell zum Muß für den Weißbier-Trinker von Welt.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Tight white head stayed on a cloudy caramel coloured body. Spiced & malt aroma - difficult to smell due to the persistent tight foamy head. Medium bodied, smooth & foamy. Malt, caramel, spicy, clove & banana tastes. Standard.

Bottled (from KCM Linnainmaa, Tampere). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a foamy head. Aroma is biscuity, some sweet malty tones, as well as some wheaty and mild spiced tones. Flavour is biscuity, wheaty, some sweet malts, toffee and caramel tones.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy orange colour with a medium sized bubbly white head. Aromas of bananas and cloves, some peppery spice, apricot and some ripe citrus orange. Taste has a lot of peppery spice with more bananas, cloves, apricot and citrus orange notes. Thinnish body, slightly fizzy palate and oily mouthfeel. A touch more citrusy than other Wheat Beers i am used to but nice and refreshing. Not bad

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2022) The beer poured amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A clean and tasty brew with classical hefeweizen notes.

bottle, kindly delivered by pivnizub! Cloudy pale yellow, tall and creamy head. Wheaty, yeasty, shy fruity and hoppy hints and some bubblegum. Classic Weizen.
