We like IPAs with balance. Ours has a lovely malt character that gives the wonderfully juicy American hops a chance to shine. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe for a crisp yet aromatic treat.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (syle 12C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown). AROMA: medium wild fermentation aroma (horsey, leather, sweat), with a slight wine barrel background (tropical-like). low oxidation notes (malt and hopes). APPEARANCE: light ambar color and clear. medium ivory head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium wild fermentation (barnyard), medium-low fruity notes (from wild fermentation, orange-like). slight barrel background. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. unbalanced. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. bitterness derived astringency. OVERALL: an IPA with wild fermentation notes. Only the comercial description on the label says it was maturated on wine barrels, and not the main label so it was scored accordingly (IPA).
