Birra accattivante, gusto deciso, pieno e con una bella bilanciatura fra la parte maltata e quella luppolata. È una ipa in pieno stile inglese, con la giusta importanza data al malto e all’amaro finale.
Amitabh è il nome della star più acclamata di Bollywood, attore, produttore e presentatore citato anche dal film “The millionaire”.

Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato arrivano impressioni di miele, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo, agrumi e pompelmo rosa.

Cask at the place. Clear amber color yellowish foamy head. Flavor is on the fruity and floral tones with a nutty edge, somewhat caramel and peanuts as malt profile. Light body, flattish taste with a bit of sourness, slightly citrus in the finish, some mud. Natural to flat carbonation clean finish with a leftover of almond.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, hazy, with very abundant white foam, irregular and quickly fading. Aroma is very yeasty, some citrus. Body is average, with intense carbonation, even excessive. Taste is moderate sweetness and good bitterness, the latter being evident in the final, which is fairly short.

Ambrato scarico buona schiuma discreta pesistenza leggero agrumato noa erbacea discreto amaro media intensita non molto aromatico buona secheza non molto corpo un po corta in bocca anche se l amaro e piuttosto lungo pompelmo nel finale
