33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours genetic blonde, fairly transparent, with moderate white foam, very fine. Aroma is vinous, spiced, maybe some brett. Body is average, with marked carbonation. Taste is well balanced, between sweet, bitter and a tad of delicate sour. Finish is just slightly longer than usual.
