Can. Can’t recall where from. Dark brown. Bubbly, messy, sticky, light tan head. Nose has desiccated coconut. Pretend chocolate. Some dried fruit. Taste is a jarring mix of saccharine sweet and burnt bitter. Thin mouthfeel. Overly fizzy. Burnt bitter finish. Horrible mess of a beer.

Can at BrewDog Clerkenwell. Black beer lasting tan head. Lots of toasted coconut on the aroma. Lots of coconut throughout. It’s a coconut porter. Some ok milky chocolate. Some hop on the finish but this is all about the toasted coconut. Good. Slightly oily in the mouth

330ml can. Jet black colour with a thick tan head, lovely retention and lacing. Aroma has loads of coconut, vanilla, bit of chocolate and coffee. Taste again predominantly coconut, chocolate, dark fruit, coffee, vanilla, initially sweet but quite a hoppy bitterness in the finish. Smooth creamy mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. Really nicely done.
