On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has piney hops, a touch of melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hops punch, some resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Wonderful piney hop expression. Excellent.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, ananas e frutto della passione.

Tap at Il Santo Bevitore, Venice with Barbara, 8th November 24. Pours clearish orange, aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is medium bitter, oranges and citrus. OK

Smell of citrus, raw berries. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of harsh hops, rotten fruit, some gooseberry, citrus. Messy bitter. Medium carbon.

33cl bottle in Vicenza. Hazy golden color, thick creamy White head, hoppy smell. Flavors is prominently hop forward, lots of resin, tropical fruit, grapefruit, bitter orange, candies, spices. Solid pale malts with bread and biscuit. Creamy texture, average to strong carbonation, full body, intense bitterness long finish. Excellent ipa.

Tap at BeerAttraction 2019, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent, gold, with moderate and very fine white foam. Aroma is hay, aromatic. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter, somehow unbalanced. Finish has more bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Nose has some vague citrus. Medium body, very lemony, grapefruitish, almost astringent with a vague tartness to it. Not really a bitterness I enjoy. 050219
