Gonzo is a fresh, light Session IPA but hopped to lose your mind.
A high fermentation beer, golden in colour. Basqued in an aroma of orange and mandarin citrus fruit, tinged by a light balsamic scent as it flows lightly into the mouth, providing pleasant and refreshing taste which becomes more interesting with every sip as the hops are evident. Best appreciated after exercise and, thanks to the low alcohol level a refreshing challenge.

33cl bottle. Pale color with a frothy white head, persistent, a bit of lacing. Smells hoppy... Flavor is hops juice, maybe in the UK and Citra range, resiny, piney, citrusy, grassy. Less fruity, more on the dry tones. Light malts backing for a much more thicker body than expected, maybe due to oats, not too watery after all. Taste is bitter but not excessive, hops is on the aroma side rather than pure alpha acids. Finish is super dry, clean, flavorful. An ace S.IPA
