Pale and aromatic, with a soft minerality, Witchfinder is a refreshing young saison. Brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat, and fermented with a mixed culture of saison strains. Hopped with Saaz and Amarillo, this farmhouse style beer is full of floral and citrus hop notes, and juicy fruit esters.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bright grass note with some earthy light fruit, light flora and a hint of grain underlying. Flavor also has a bright grass note with light flora, some light fruits and a bit of funk supporting.

Thanks TimE for sharing! Taster showing pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows intense notes of pine and grass. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Strong acidity with moderately intense notes of Belgian yeast. Good traditional saison.

Hazy golden color. Big frothy white head. I love the pilsner malt with spicy hops, some floral hops, really nice. Nice bitterness, well balanced, very clean. Off dry. Just so well balanced. Dry finish with good yeast finish

Bottle thanks to Terri. Pours a cloudy orange golden color with a large white head. A light musty hop nose. Very smooth, pilsner malts, some round fruity elements, dusty almost sake style grains. Quite smooth. Fun beer and very easy to drink.

Bubblegum and citrus with a little hay and grapefruit. Fizzy and pleasant like half flat champagne in the morning after a wedding. Golden pour with big foamy head. Tangy finish. Reminds me of good De La Senne. Tap at Churchkey.

750ml bottle from last night’s share. Body is cloudy orangish-pink color capped with a soft white head. Nose is starts off with typical saison characters, some Brett and some savory spice. taste again leans hard on the saison and yeast, wh ile the spiciness plays in the background.
