Diffuse Light is part of the reflection series of NEIPA's. All of the beers in the series are based on the same malt profile but vary in hops. We also used a new yeast strain that enhances esters production and it is fermented at a slightly higher temperature. All of which gives more body and more of that exotic fruit aroma and taste. Diffuse Light is made with Citra, Azacca, Waimea and Cryo Azacca. It kicks in at 8%.

Can shared@Åben Aarhus (12/08/2021) - very hazy golden orange with a white head. Exotic tropical and citrus fruity notes in play here, delivering papaya, mango, kiwi fruit, tangelo, red grapefruit, nice n juicy, overlay of pine needles, soft sweet malty backing, piney balanced bitter hoppy close. Lovely.

Can @ Home. Pours murky yellow with a white head light lacings. Aroma of light malt, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, pineapple. Flavor is sweet, light malt, fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, peach, pineapple, little alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 220721

Can. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of exotic fruits, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
