What do you do when your hop supplier tells you that you have a shit-ton (almost a real ton) of Mandarina Bavarian hops on your contract you forgot about? You brew a single hop Mandarina Bavarian lager using as much of this beautiful, bouqueted, and bountiful German hop variety. Similar to the A Beer this Crispy boi lager will quench the thirst of
any true beer drinker. Although it didn’t use but only 11# of Mandaria Bavarian hops out of the the thousands of pounds we have, it is a least a start. But be on the lookout for our new Mandarian Bavarian BBQ brisket rub and finish it off with the Mandarina Bavarian pudding dessert, YUM.

Milk, barley malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet light citrus, creamy barley malt, and mildly bitter hay and orange peel flavor. Good body. Nice solid lager.
