Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear black colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light floral hops. The flavour is liqourice bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, dry, light rum, red berry fruit, floral hop bitter palate and an everlasting long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not really as described.

Cask at Beerheadz Nottingham. Black colour with a tan head. Big boozy aroma and taste plenty of sweet roasted malty. Full body.
