From tap at Il Santo Bevitore in Venice 12.08.21. Unclea pale peach colour. White head is quickly diminishing to nothing. Fine aroma and sour taste of peach, nectarins and lactic acid. Acid and astrinngent mouthfeel. Very quaffable.
