Una Fruit Sour Ale freschissima, il profilo fruttato del lievito New England si unisce ai frutti tropicali che abbiamo aggiunto, mango e guava rosa. Il corpo setoso lascia spazio all’acidità finale, che richiama un nuovo sorso.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is a full-on lacto bomb, with passionfruit and mango upfront, backed with the usual yogurty stuff. Flavour is juicy, with plenty of mango and passionfruit, but the yogurty character from the lacto takes over. Another crappy fruited kettle sour.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal sour. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida è di aspetto nuvoloso, con carbonazione allegra, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, frutta tropicale, arancia amara, mandarino e mango.

A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of passionfruit, tart pineapple. Taste of sour passionfruit, apricot, yeast, zest, melon.

Süffiger, natürlich fruchtiger Beginn von Mango und Guave. Erfrischend, angenehm weich, der Körper wird schwächer. Spritzig, zum Ende nimmt die Fruchtigkeit schnell ab, mittellanger Abgang, gut. 10/10/11/11/9/11

Canned 330ml. -at The Hop Store Pub Trieste, shared with hrabren. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, passionfruit in the nose. Passionfruit, light tropical fruits, notes of mango and mild acidic finish.

0.33 l can shared with Ogi at Hop Store Pub, Trieste. Hazy orange, small head. Tropical candy aroma, passion fruit. Light to moderate sourness. Tropical fruit flavour. Slightly bland. Malty. Light finish.

Can sample at a tasting at Stas' place. Thanks Tom L. Cloudy yellow-orange. Guava, some mango, lacto, tart, juicy. Very nice and refreshing.

Draught, taster. @Barcelona Beer Festival 2022, Barcelona (Spain). 15/10/2022 [#5.473 Global - #91 Italy - #1 Evoqe Brewing (My Italian Brewery #44)] Pours beautiful hazed yellow with one finger of a lasting white head. Aroma: peach skin, mango and citrus hops. Fruity aroma, nice. Taste: balanced juicy with peach and mango. Balanced, mild sour. Very nice. Next one please!
