It presents itself in a beautiful intense coppery red colour, with a fine beige foam top. To the nose malted and toasted notes blend with the hop scent and anticipate the taste. In the mouth it introduces itself sweet, but tempered by a good attenuation and by the contribution of hops. Eventually a bitter taste is perceivable, which make the drinking dry and pleasant. A beer of character.

Il gusto al naso finisce sullo speziato e sull'agrumato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. Le bollicine sono medie. La carbonazione è abbondante. L'aspetto del liquido è velato. Il perlage è costituito da bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella norma e persistente. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è corta. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano intuizioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi e resina.
