Di colore dorato chiaro e dalle sorprendenti limpidezza e brillantezza, ha una moderata formazione di schiuma candida, fine e compatta. Debutta al naso con un bouquet complesso quanto estremamente rinfrescante, che richiama alla mente climi estivi in paesaggi mediterranei e tropicali: la vena agrumata con lime, lemon grass e bergamotto si fonde armoniosamente a un tocco tropicale di mango e papaya nonché a una sottile, ma percepibile, nota dank. In bocca ha una carbonazione di buona intensità, un corpo molto scorrevole e lieve che sorregge una breve entrata dolcemente fruttata, con ricordi ancora una volta di papaya, cui segue un finale agrumato moderatamente amaro con ricordi di cedro, preludio a un retrolfatto rinfrescante che vede un ritorno degli aromi speziati di lemon grass.

33cl can from birreadomicilio.it. Pours golden, transparent, with irregular white foam. Aroma is herbaceous and hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is quite bitter for a pils, but with a sweet background as well. Final is average in intensity, with some remaining bitterness.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo e di frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano impressioni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, fiori e agrumi.

On tap at Vilaggio della Birra 2022. Cloudy pale golden with firm medium white head. Malty, bit yeasty, come citrus notes, pretty clean. Bitterish finish. Light to medium bodied.

Can from Shallo: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is clean, slight citrus, biscuity. Taste is very clean and quite flavorful.

Can, shared by mansquito. Pours gold. Floral, plum, apricot, herbal, clean finish. Medium body. Really quite nice.

Really good for a kellerbier. I wouldn’t call it a pils though. Cleaner than most german kellers. It is actually a great descriptor for the beer “kellerpils”... quite ale-like though. Craft beer and coffee
