Ispirata alle birre chiare tedesche, questa keller pils si presenta velata e di un colore giallo paglierino. La schiuma pannosa completa la sua bellissima forma. A naso preponderante è l’aroma di crosta di pane, seguono un leggero erbaceo conseguente al dry hopping con luppoli Rottenburger e Mittelfruh. La beva è facilissima, scorrevole: finirla è un attimo. L’attacco leggermente dolce e maltato richiama i successivi 10 litri.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours golden, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is floral and honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with very moderate bitterness. Final is average.
