Questa birra rappresenta la visione americana di BOIA. Una via di mezzo tra vecchia scuola e ricerca. Old school nell’aspetto: lievemente ambrata con una schiuma a grana media. New Wave nella luppolatura: Nelson Sauvin, Azacca e Amarillo. A naso escono le note di frutta a pasta bianca e una leggera punta agrumata finale. In bocca l’attacco dolce e pieno accompagna l’amaro sostenendosi a vicenda. La tortura è che finirla è facile.

Best before 12/23, coming directly from the brewery. Tasting this can, yesterday, at night after an afternoon at the Bréguettaz. For an American ipa, this one is really smooth and fruity, note of mandarine and lychee, yeasty, malty, biter and citrus.

BOIA brewing Culla di Giuda

Can at tasting. Clear yellow color, no head. Aroma is a bit faint but there is a nice hoppy hint in there. Flavor is malts, nicely malty, kinda old school hoppy though. Not bad. 7-6-7,5-7-7
