An amber coloured session bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery’s own top-fermenting yeast. This session bitter is full-bodied and not so bitter, but rich in hop aroma which gives the beer a delightful aftertaste. The finish is slightly malty and fruity.

Cask at Seven Stars. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is bready, biscuit, toasty grain, earth and dull caramel. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, biscuit, toasty grain, earth, chewy, tannin and grass with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fair enough.

On cask at the Caley Picture House. Appearance - golden with a nice lacy head. Nose - caramel and biscuit. Taste - lemon surprisingly is more obvious than the caramel biscuit thing. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - solid enough.
