Traditional is fine, but we decided to push the envelope again. We combined a traditional Belgian grain profile, spices, and noble hops with a twist of fresh fruits during secondary fermentation to create a delicate but complex beer. It's a little stronger than your typical Witbier, but still drinkable enough to enjoy at a summer BBQ or with a light evening meal.
